With the Harrow Bot, we have developed a unique solution: a reliable, autonomous, and custom harrow designed to preserve your horses and your arenas.
Our team of experts works every day to provide reliable, intelligent technologies tailored to the needs of professionals and equestrian enthusiasts. Together, we are transforming the industry by providing practical and innovative solutions.
The two founders of the company, Loïc Massart and Alexandre Vandermeulen come both from the equestrian world. They are respectively active in the fields of engineering and marketing.

Les deux fondateurs de la société, Loic Massart & Alexandre Vandermeulen viennent tous deux du milieu équestre. Ils sont respectivement actifs dans le domaine de l'ingénierie et du marketing.
The team
Loïc Massart - Co-CEO & COO
Loïc Massart, an industrial engineer in electromechanics, is Co-CEO and COO of Equestrian Technology. After leading the R&D of the HarrowBot for over three years, he now focuses on managing the robot fleet (tests, demos, clients) and production. He leads a technical team consisting of three software engineers, one electromechanical engineer, and one technician.
As Co-CEO, he shares strategic decision-making with Alexandre. The growth of the team in recent months, with less reliance on subcontracting, marks a significant development. Loïc takes pride in fostering a dynamic and engaged startup atmosphere. His motto, "Give to the company, and the company will give back," reflects his commitment to valuing each team member in this collective project.
Alexandre Vandermeulen- Co-CEO & CDO
Alexandre Vandermeulen, a graduate in Business Management and Marketing, is Co-CEO and CDO of Equestrian Technology. He is in charge of the company's strategic and commercial development and, alongside Loïc, oversees the day-to-day management of the business. His mission as Co-CEO is primarily strategic: to grow the company in a sustainable way, increase revenue, optimize costs, and ensure a stable trajectory. He supports the team in various areas such as sales, marketing, and human resources, with no two days ever the same.
What he loves about Equestrian Technology: seeing an idea turn into a family-oriented, flexible, and human-centered company. He values everyone's involvement according to the motto "Give to the company, and the company will give back to you."
What he appreciates most about the HarrowBot is its versatility: a true “Swiss army knife” of arena harrowing ; efficient, adaptable, and satisfying to watch in action.
Guillaume - Head Of Production
Guillaume is the Head of Production at Equestrian Technology, where he oversees the production of the robots and manages assembly, stock, and the necessary electromechanical adaptations. He holds a degree in electromechanical engineering from ECAM and joined the company in 2021 for his Master’s internship, initially working on the robot's charging station. At first, he wasn’t particularly drawn to the equestrian field, but he soon became enthusiastic about the startup culture and the opportunity to work on an innovative project. He participated in the design of the first versions of the robot, taking charge of building the V2 and V3 robots, before evolving into his current role as Head of Production.
Guillaume is distinguished by his versatility, and he particularly enjoys the opportunity to develop this quality within the company. In his role, he takes on multiple functions, both in production management and in the design of future versions of the robot. He appreciates the responsibility entrusted to him, as every team member plays a crucial role in the success of the project. He also finds that the startup environment offers great freedom, allowing him to take initiatives and have a direct impact on the product's development.
Harold - Technician
Harold a rejoint Equestrian Technology un peu par hasard, grâce à sa colocation avec Loïc. À la recherche de quelqu’un pour construire des robots et gérer les installations, l’équipe l’a embarqué dans l’aventure. Rapidement, il a pris goût au projet et s’est investi à fond.
Sur le terrain, c’est souvent lui que vous verrez lors des installations. Il participe aussi à la production et à la réparation des robots, mettant à profit son expérience en mécanique acquise dans le secteur agricole. Son adaptabilité et sa rapidité de compréhension font de lui un atout clé pour l’équipe.
Ayant monté à cheval plus jeune, Harold a toujours eu un intérêt pour les chevaux. Ce qu’il apprécie le plus ? Concevoir une machine qui fait gagner du temps sans remplacer l’Homme, mais en l’accompagnant.

Rayan – Software Engineer
Passionate about algorithms, intellectual challenges, and strategic games, Rayan has found his playground at Equestrian Technology. A graduate of the school 42, he is part of the robot software development team, working on both the application and the commissioning process, as well as creating algorithms.
What does he particularly enjoy? Here, nothing is set in stone, and he loves diving into problems to solve them from A to Z.
The friendly atmosphere and the dynamic of a small team make the experience even more rewarding.
Fayssal – Full Stack Developer
Fayssal joined Equestrian Technology through a temp agency, where his profile immediately caught Alex's attention. Passionate about development, he is responsible for the application, servers, databases, deployments, and website, while also remaining available to support the team on other projects, including the robots' software.
With a degree in computer science, Fayssal excels particularly in creating applications and websites. He enjoys the variety of tasks entrusted to him.
What does he love most about Equestrian Technology? The family-like atmosphere and the natural teamwork among colleagues, which make the work both motivating and rewarding.
Kylian Tran - Software Engineer
Kylian Tran, a graduate in civil engineering, joined Equestrian Technology after his CV was spotted in a startup incubation group. He is primarily responsible for commissioning the robots, ensuring that the calibrations are correct, the software functions perfectly, and the installation on-site goes smoothly.
What he enjoys about his work is the variety of tasks that allow him to explore all aspects of the robot and analyze how it works. He especially appreciates the friendly atmosphere and smooth communication within the team.
Outside of work, Kylian plays bass, enjoys video games, and reads manga. His ability to learn quickly makes him a key member of the team.
Didrik Lasanow
Depuis 2022, Didrik Lasanow a aussi rejoint l"équipe en tant qu'expert financier. Egalement cavalier de haut niveau, son expertise financière et sa connaissance du marché équestre sont un atout pour la société.
