What exactly is the HarrowBot?
The HarrowBot is a 100% autonomous robot specifically designed to provide riding centers and stables with flawless, consistent, and professional arena maintenance. It combines power, precision, and ease of use to ensure a surface that’s always ready—effortlessly.
Perfect maintenance in three steps
- Teeth or spikes: Suitable for all types of surfaces, they ensure proper aeration and the ideal structure for a soft and even arena.
- Leveler: Once the surface is loosened, the leveler evens out the arena and fills in any irregularities. Its pressure is adjusted using a spring and hydraulic cylinder system.
->Spring released: light contact, no pressure.
->Spring extended upward: the leveler (as well as the tines and teeth) lifts, making it easier for the robot to move.
->Spring compressed downward: increased pressure to compact the surface when needed.
3. Slatted/Diamond or FarmFlex Rollers: Depending on the chosen roller, it provides a firmer or softer finish.
For jumping arenas, a finishing pass reworks the take-off and landing areas around each obstacle, ensuring an optimal surface for every session.
Safety, comfort, and true autonomy
Equipped with cameras, bumpers, and an emergency stop, the HarrowBot operates safely: it detects, stops, or navigates around obstacles without any human intervention.
It can even move from one arena to another on its own, allowing multiple arenas to be maintained automatically.
Economical, eco-friendly, and autonomous
Fully electric, the HarrowBot provides 2 hours of autonomy and can maintain up to 2,400 m² per hour. When it needs to recharge, it returns to its station on its own and resumes exactly where it left off.
